We seek to model alternative to the 'normal' ways of our culture today, especially for middle school and high school students. This includes immediate gratification, a dependency on technology, lack of healthy relationships, and a poor view of self. We seek to model delayed gratification for our work, a slower pace of life with less technology, healthy relationships, and a positive view of self. These values are demonstrated easily and effectively in a farm setting, working with horses. Horses require a trusting, understanding relationship with their handler unlike any other animal that builds character, patience, and self-awareness. We are glad you've decided to check us out and we would love to answer any questions you have about our program, tiny living, or therapeutic riding.
